Spring Team Inc., as a manufacturer of springs and wire forms, is certified to ISO 9001:2008.  The goal of our Quality Management System is to help us improve our ability to meet and exceed our customers' expectations, while reducing waste.

Our Quality Management System is developed from the prospective of looking at the product requirements, which have been defined by our customers.   Once those requirements have been identified, we then create processes, work instructions and forms, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, which enable us to meet the establish requirements.

ISO 9001:2008 has strengthened our contract review process, which allows us to better understand customer requirements and eliminate problems before accepting the order and the start of production.  This has helped us improve our ability to meet customer requirements and to reduce rejections, customer complaints and internal non-conformances, thereby improving our on-time delivery service.

Previous systems have been implemented and controlled by the quality department alone. The ISO Quality Management System involves all employees, with the quality department providing guidance and direction.  The ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System is a compliment to the Total Quality Management (TQM) improvement teams that are in place and thriving at Spring Team.  One of the keystones, to continuous improvement, is the involvement and participation of all our employees, whose goal is to reduce waste and variation in all our products and processes.
